The death date is not shown on the stone since it was apparently still born. The Missouri SOS Death Certificate data base was checked with negative results. The Ancestry.com Family Tree program was checked and it was found by two different sources to be 3-25-1915 for both entries.
It would appear that a death certificate was not required for a stillborn birth.
