Joe's death certificate denotes he was never married. Apparently, Joe was institutionalized for quite some time at the Austin State School Farm Colony in Austin, Travis, Texas, USA.
Sadly, Joe succumbed to Pneumonia and passed of Chronic Myocarditis on May 22, 1953.
Unfortunately, Joe's death certificate does not notate which cemetery he is buried in. It only references that burial was in San Saba, Texas, USA. There are many of Joe's family buried in the San Saba City Cemetery, so I dedicate this memorial to Joe and his memory in the San Saba Cemetery until further research disputes this.
UPDATE: A kind Find-A-Grave member has located Joe's gravesite in the China Creek Cemetery and has offered to post a photo of his tombstone. THANK YOU for YOUR KINDNESS! I hope I can repay you, somehow.
Rest In Peace, Joe, with The Lord and may He Bless You.
