Phillip Tollett, 87, of Centerville, passed away Dec. 28, 2013. A memorial service will be held Aug. 10 at 2 p.m. at the Tollett Cemetery, Hwy. 549 and Tollett Cemetery Rd., Bledsoe County, TN.
He was born May 25, 1927, in the Sequatchie Valley in Bledsoe County, TN, to the late Beecher and Della (Swafford) Tollett. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by four brothers, Frank, Hubert, Otis and Arnold Tollett, and two sisters, Phyllis Tollett and Della Mae Norris.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth, of 62, years; four sons, Matthew (Yolanda) of Washington State, Mark (Julie), John (Kimberly) and Luke of Maryland; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren; numerous nephews and nieces; and three sisters, Louise Driver of Wellington, OH, Ruth Mcle of Grafton, OH, and Mary Sue York of Richmond, KY
