The daughter of Otto and Adaline (Wakely) Fuhse, she was born on March 8, 1916 in Bronx, NY. She was the widow of Austin Devereaux who predeceased her in 1999.
Survivors include two daughters, Katherine Devereaux and her husband, Arlen Trapp and Lois Ann Devereaux, both of Shohola, PA; sister-in-law, Joan Fuhse of Lords Valley, PA; half-sister, Hedwig Cuddeback of Yukon Territory, Canada and nieces and nephews.
