Linda Mae Bailey, age 67, of Lockney, passed away Friday, August 1, 2014 in Lockney.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Monday, August 4, 2014 at the Lockney Cemetery. Visitation was prior to the service at 10 a.m., Monday, August 4, 2014 at Moore-Rose Funeral Home in Lockney.

Arrangements were under the care of Moore-Rose Funeral Home in Lockney.

Linda was born on May 29, 1947 in Matador, Texas to Guin and Dorothy Bailey. She loved challenging puzzles and made 2,000 and 5,800 piece puzzles into pictures for framing and gifts. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, watching boxing and reality TV (especially "Big Brother"), gardening in the outdoors; but most of all she enjoyed getting together with family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Guin and Dorothy Bailey, brothers, Carl and James Bailey and sister, Sharon Kay Bailey.

Linda is survived by her daughter, Carrie Maxine Palomin and husband, Oscar of Lockney; twin sister, Guinda Emert of Lockney; brother; Glenn Bailey of Floydada; grandchildren, Andrew and Adrianna Palomin and several nieces and nephews
