She was born July 17, 1918, in Landis, Ark., a daughter of Lafayette and Florence (Wallis) Richardson. She married Vernon Watts on Dec. 15, 1934, in Landis, Ark.
Visitation will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 4, with funeral services following at 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Monticello. Pastor Mitch Estep will officiate. Burial will be in the Monticello Cemetery, Monticello.
Surviving are five daughters, Virginia Holsted of Alpena, Ark., Kathleen (Wendell) Culberson of Pana, Wanda Lupton of El Dorado, Ark., Margaret Ingle of St. Louis Park, Minn., and Joyce (Douglas) Roberts of Mansfield.
Also surviving are 16 grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; six step-great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers; six sisters; her husband; a son, L. Duane Watts; a son-in-law, Grady Holsted; and a grandson, Stephen Culberson.
Mrs. Watts was a homemaker and a longtime member of the First Baptist Church in Monticello.
