On April 27, 1974, Dennis married his first wife Maureen Lynn Weaver, and he is survived by their three children- Craig R. Peck and his wife, Amanda, Laura A. Missos and her husband, Peter, of Valencia, and Kevin J. Peck and his wife, Elizabeth, of Allison Park. Dennis was also survived by four granddaughters- Anya Peck, Marina Missos, Mackenzie Peck and Maddison Peck; and a grandson, Brandon Knochel.
On November 12, 1993, Dennis married his second wife Diana L. Rokosky Peck who survives. They had two children together- Emily K. Peck of Conway and Jacob A. Peck who is in the U.S. Army stationed in Hawaii.
Denny was the owner/operator of DuBois Car Care Center. He was very active in the Falls Creek community serving as president of Falls Creek Borough Council, member of the Falls Creek Park Board, and the Falls Creek Redevelopment Authority. He was the chairman of the Jefferson County Democratic Committee, a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie # 965, Pottersdale "Stagger Inn" Camp, and Irish Mary's Hunting Club.
Visitation was held from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 3, 2014, at the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home, DuBois. A funeral service was held at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 4, at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations were reqested to "The Peck Pavilion at Taylor Park", P.O. Box 20, Falls Creek, PA 15840. Online condolences may be made at www.gbfuneralhome.com.
