Abraham S Rowden was the son of William B Rowden and Mary Shidler. He was born in Athens or Miami County, Ohio abt 1831. Abraham moved to Delaware County, Indiana about 1835 with his parents and siblings and married Rachel Ellen Hudnall Dec 19, 1852. There is no headstone for Abraham or Rachel Ellen (Hudnall) Rowden but they are believed to be buried at the Hunter Cemetery in Hunter, Woodruff, Arkansas or close to where their home was behind the cemetery.
