Mrs. R. C. Young of Preston, third daughter of Justice Osborn of Montpelier, who has been ill for eighteen days with puerperal fever died early on Monday morning. Dr. Phillips was in attendance and on Sunday morning pronounced the case hopeless. We are glad to state that the baby is getting along exceedingly well. Our sympathy and condolences are extended to the bereaved husband, and the deceased lady's family, who are prostrated by the sad event.
