Dan "Scott" Gattis Jr., 22, of Amarillo died Monday, Dec. 20, 2004.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Schooler Funeral Home Brentwood Chapel, 4100 S. Georgia, with the Rev. Larry Harvey, pastor of Trinity Fellowship in Littlefield, officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Mr. Gattis was born and raised in Amarillo. He was a loving father, son, brother and grandson and will be dearly missed. "XOXO.....We Love You From Here.....XOXO."

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, George Gattis and Rick Miller.

Survivors include a daughter, Rachel of Abilene; his grandmothers, Lena Gattis and Sandy Miller, both of Amarillo; his mother, Kim Cannon and husband, Ron, of Amarillo; his father, Dan Gattis Sr. and wife, Bonnie, of Fritch; his great-grandparents, Carl and Rosemary Galub and Mike and Gladys Taylor, all of Amarillo; three sisters, Lisa Fondren and Brooke Owings, both of Amarillo, and McKenzie Gattis of Fritch; a special aunt, Cheryl Gattis of Austin; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family suggest memorials be to Asthma/American Lung Association, P.O. Box 26460, Austin, TX 78755-0460.
