Mrs. Carolyn White Rogers, 84, died Friday, July 18, 2014 at her home in Fork, SC after an illness. A funeral service will be Sunday, July 20, 2014 at 3:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Lake View. Burial will follow at Lake View Cemetery, directed by Cooke Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Saturday, July 19, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the home, 3827 Hwy 41S, Fork SC. Mrs. Rogers was born in Mullins, Jan. 23, 1930, the daughter of the late Edward Carol and Clara Brailsford Byrd White. She was the owner of "Collections by Carolyn", a Fashion Consultant, Interior Designer and Wedding Caterer. She is survived by her daughter, Clara Lyn Rogers; sister, Scottie (Sonny) Dickinson; daughters of the heart, Sharon Black and Robbie Arnette: grandchildren, Samantha Lynn Black and Kyle Brock Perritte; and dear friend Helon Herring. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Edward Rogers.
