Mrs. Estella C. Moss, 87, of 738-C Central Ave., died Monday at home. She was a retired employee of the West Virginia Department of Welfare and was a member of Bream Memorial Presbyterian Church and Order of Eastern Star.

Surviving: sisters, Miss Maude Hudnall and Mrs. N. J. Farley, both of Charleston; brother Emory C. Hudnall of Charleston. Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Bartlett-Burdette Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Chesney officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
