Following a long illness, Miss Jessie Rigby, thirty-four, 324 New street, died yesterday in the State Hospital. Miss Rigby was a lifelong resident of Scranton and was employed by the International Correspondence Schools.
Surviving are her mother, Mrs. Margaret Rigby; a brother, Adam, Moscow, and six sisters, Mrs. Sarah Weed, Philadelphia; Mrs. A. F. Clemens and Mrs. John Evans, Moscow; Mrs. Joseph Opecken, Jessup; Mrs. W. B. Jones, Los Angeles, and Mrs. Miles Snetting, Carbondale.
The funeral will be held Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock from the Howard J. Snowdon Funeral Home, 1810 Sanderson avenue.
NOTE: She was my first cousin, twice removed.
