She was the daughter of William Henry and Hazel Valentine (Hansen) Jepson. Her siblings were Augusta Estella (Jepson) Winn, William Charles Jepson, and Dolores (Dodie) Alice (Jepson) Virden.
On April 20, 1952 she married Gerald Marvel in Muskogee, Oklahoma. They had four sons they are Jerry, Ricky, Mike (my dad), and Larry.
On June 27, 1964 she married William Joseph (Billy Joe) Reece in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. They had one daughter, Tracy Jo (Reece) Tusia.
She was also one of the founding members of Christian Chapel in Muskogee.
