LAKE STATION -- Ida Fay Smith, 75, formerly of the Chesterton-Valparaiso area, died Saturday.
Surviving are her husband, James; four daughters, Shirley McCarty of Hobart, Lucille Kozak of DeMotte, Barbara Mills of Portage and Laura Ross of Lake Station; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services 11 a.m. Tuesday at Frum Funeral Home; burial in Graceland Cemetery, Valparaiso; visitation until 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
