Timothy, the son of Timothy, 3d (a.k.a. Jr.), was baptized at the South Parish Congregational Church in Andover, September 7, 1777.

Timothy married Hannah Tyler by whom he had at least 8 children (1 son and 7 daughters): Caroline N. (1803-1854), Hannah (1805-1898), Nathan (1814-1891), Lucy (1816-1898), Louisa J. (1821-1842), Sarah J. (1825-1854), Emily A. (1827-1858), and Mary (1831-1902).

In the 1820 US Census of Weston, Windsor County, Vermont, Timothy, Jr. was enumerated as a Head of a Family with 1 Free White Male of 45 years and upwards, 1 Free White Male of 26 to 45, 1 Free White Male of 18 to 26, 1 Free White Male under 10 years; 1 Free White Female 26 to 45, 1 Free White Female 10 to 16, and 4 Free White Females under 10 years. 3 person were engaged in agriculture.
