Mrs.Marcella Beatty Kirk,79 years old,widow of Joseph L.Kirk,who came to this city two month ago from Rhineland,Wis.,died this morning at her apartment in the Seven Gables Annex,following an illness of six months.Mrs.Kirk accompained by a trained nurse,came to this city early in December.
She was the daughter of Judge George H.Beatty of Trenton N.J.,and is survived by two daughters,Miss Josephine B.Kirk and Mrs.Luther E.Brown,Rhindland,Wis.
Funeral arrangements are awaiting the arrival of the brother inlaw,Luther E.Brown,from Rhineland.The J.W.Wilhelm Funeral company is in charge.
