Lewis William Waldron, son of William and Margaret Best Waldron, was born November 18, 1898 at Bloomington, Ill. He was educated at Algona and Fort Dodge.

On December 25, 1929, he and Harriet Beatrice Larson were united in marriage at Eagle Grove. Lewis worked for Pfaff Baking Company, Fort Dodge, and owned a wholesale and retail newsstand at Bozeman, Mont. They moved back to Iowa in July 1958, making their home in Webster City, where he operated the Kueen's Trailer Kort until his death.

Mr. Waldron died, at the age of 80 on Friday, Dec. 15, 1978 at the Mary Greeley Hospital, Ames.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, one sister, and one son-in-law.

Survivors include his wife, two daughters, Darlene Dornath of Eagle Grove, and Dorothy (Mrs. Norris) Larson of Fort Dodge; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Monday, December 18, 1978, at the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Webster City. Rev. Raymond Roden officiated, and burial was at Rose Hill Cemetery, Eagle Grove.
