Lori Anderson-Hodge, age 35, passed away peacefully into the arms of her savior on Monday.
She was surrounded by her family and beloved friends. Lori has been battling Juvenile Diabetes since the age of seven and often wondered how far it was to Heaven.
She was a divine inspiration and touched the lives of all who knew her. Always thinking of others, Lori had a true heart of gold.
God gave Lori the gift of song and the voice of an Angel. She sang music all over the Peninsula.
Her favorite pastimes included making people laugh, gambling and fishing.
She is survived by her mother and father, Larry and Diane Anderson, and her sisters Michelle Santiago and Jennifer Anderson of Marina, and her Fiance Joe Novencido and 3 children, of Salinas.
Viewing will be available at Mission Mortuary in Monterey on Sunday, February 5 from 2 to 5 PM.
Funeral Services will be held at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Monterey, on Monday, February 6 at 2:00 PM, with burial at San Carlos Cemetery at 3:00 PM.
