Father of Kay (Alice) Prochazka, Colleen (Larry) Holman, Donald (Roberta) Prochazka, Michael (Patricia) Prochazka, Patricia Jessop, Jean (Louis) Severino, Karen (Brand) Carlson, Maureen (Gary) Otto and of the late Paul Prochazka. Brother of Frank (Mary) Prochazka. Also survived by 25 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, and 12 great great grandchildren.

Recitation of the Rosary Sunday, 7:00 PM., with Mass of Christian Burial Monday, 2:00 PM., both at the Archdiocese of Denver Mortuary. Entombment, Mount Olivet Cemetery.
