Mrs. Fowler, a resident of Franklin Parish for over 60 years, was a member of the Sardis Baptist Church in Winnsboro.
Survivors include two sons, Elberon [sic Elbern] Fowler and Herman Fowler both of Winnsboro; two daughters, Mrs. Loyce Holmes of Tyler, Tex., and Mrs. Ola Foster of Chatham; three sisters, Mrs. Lula Fowler of Monroe, Mrs. Della Fowler of Winnsboro and Mrs. Doyce Phillips of Winnsboro; one brother, Joe[l] Browder of Winnsboro; seven grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
