S. May, Omaha. Services Monday at 1:30 p. m. from the N. P Swanson Chapel, Dr. Thomas Niven officiating. Internment family plot Forest Lawn. Family suggests memorials to Cancer Research, care of Dr. Howard Hunt, Methodist Hospital, Omaha.

Note - Glen was raised by James Perry Mason, he was Maggie May's son. The only information we have about his biological father is that his name was Warren R Lewellyn. He is named Glen Luellen on the 1910 Census for the family. After that he used the Mason name permanently.
