Andrea J. Bostic, 35, Peru, passed away at 1:42 a.m. on Saturday, January 28, 2006, as the result of an automobile accident near Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

She was born on Nov. 5, 1970 in Rochester to Roger Leroy and Patsy Laferny Ray.

Bostic was a cashier at LoBill Foods, Peru, and was an active member of the Fraternal Order of Police in collecting funds for scholarships.

Survivors include her daughter, Kayla Bostic, Peru; her mother, Patsy Holmes, Kokomo; her step-father, James Scott Holmes, Miami, Fla.; her maternal grandmother, Anna Laferny, Kokomo; her brothers, Jeff Ray and wife Judy, Cleveland, Ohio, Kevin Ray and wife Tara, Peru, and Anthony Ray and wife Patricia, Scotland, United Kingdom; and her fiance, Richard L. Studebaker, Peru.

She was preceded in death by her father.


Services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Eikenberry-Eddy Funeral Home, Peru, with Bishop Mary Everding officiating.

Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery.

Visitation is from 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
