Friday afternoon the remains of Mrs. Belle Pepper of Charles City were
interred here.
Only two weeks and three days earlier her daughter Ina was brought here
and a week later the grandmother.
Mr. Hubbel Pepper, the husband, and son Rollo, and Mr. Pepper's sister, Mrs.
Emma Smith, and sons and other relatives came from Charles City with the
body.
Surely Mr. Pepper has been sadly afflicted recently. He has the sympathy
of his host of friends here in his triple bereavement.
The Waucoma Rebekah lodge, of which Mrs. Pepper was a member, had charge
of the service at the grave.
