Funeral services for Mr. Huston C. Fox, 81, of Bloomington Springs, Tennessee, will be held at 1 P.M. on Wednesday, June 25, 2014, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery in Cookeville, TN.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2 P.M. – 9 P.M., and on Wednesday from 9 A.M. until time of services.
He passed away on Sunday, June 22, 2014, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN.
He was born April 11, 1933, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Oakley Fox and Mattie Fox. In May of 1952, he was married to the late Ruth Aline Fox, who passed away November 19, 1982. He was a farmer, and a member of the Union Hill Church of Christ.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by 2 Brothers: Aaron Fox and Collie Fox; 2 Sisters: Esteen Flatt and Mazola Anderson; and 1 Granddaughter: Wendy Marie Thomas.
Survivors include 2 Sons: Dennis (Diane) Fox and Donnie (Janice) Fox, all of Bloomington Springs, TN; 2 Daughters: Wanda Thomas and Lisa Fox, both of Bloomington Springs, TN; 7 Grandchildren: Stephanie (Matthew) Hargis, Amanda Smith, Jennifer (Scott) Underwood, Chris (Teresa) Fox, Cory (Tanya) Fox, Tina (Chris) Anderson, and Tyler Auberson; 3 Brothers: Truman (Willene) Fox of Cookeville, TN, J.C.
