Jeanette Staples Taylor
Died May 7, 1926 at her home in Fayette, Alabama, aged 73. She was a daughter of George Staples who moved his family from Philadelphia, Penn., where she was born, to Brown County, Ind., settling near Georgetown. Here she grew to womanhood and married Edward H. Taylor. Her children were born in Brown and Bartholomew counties in Indiana. Her husand had a business in Nashville, Indiana for a while. Later the family moved to the far south. Survivors are her husband of Fayette, Ala. three children: George B. Taylor, Washington D. C., Edward Roy Taylor, Texas, Ala., Laura, Mrs. C. C. Carter, Cairo, Ill. Burial was in Cairo, Ill.
