Frank A. Bernheisel, 79, of Millsboro, Del., formerly of Lebanon, died Sunday in Beebe Medical Center, Lewes, Del. He was retired from Bethlehem Steel Corp., Lebanon; an Army veteran of World War II; and a member of Mount Zion Fire Company, Maennerchor Club and Lebanon VFW Post 23. Surviving are his wife, Ester R. Sipe Bernheisel; a stepdaughter, Betty J. Garloff of Millsboro; a brother, Walter of Bunker Hill; two sisters, Esther Daub of Bunker Hill and Elsie Fields of Shellsville; 12 stepgrandchildren; several step-great-grandchildren; and nephews and nieces. Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in Rohland Funeral Home. Burial will be in Kochenderfer's Cemetery. Viewing will be from 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home.
