Jess Noble Hawkins, Jr., age 51, of the Tuttle Community died July 27, 1979 in a Fayetteville Hospital.

He was born March 30, 1928 at Kingston, Arkansas, the son of Jess Noble and Gladys Evelyn (Maxwell) Hawkins.

He was a retired farmer.

He was a member of the Methodist Church.

He and Bonnie Lou Lollar were married May 26, 1947.

Survivors include his parents of Fayetteville; his wife of the home; two sons, James Sherman "Jim" Hawkins and Michael Wayne "Mike" Hawkins of Fayetteville; a sister, Delores Mayes of Fayetteville; amd two grandchildren.

Services were at 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 30, 1979 in Wiggins Memorial United Methodist Church in Fayetteville with the Reverand Charles Watt officiating.

Burial was in Fairview Memorial Gardens under the direction of Moore's Chapel.

Services were at 2 p.m. Monday July 30 in Wiggins Memorial United Methodist Church in Fayetteville with the Rev. Charles Watt officiating.
