Burial was in Graceland Cemetery under the direction of Williams Funeral Home. Casketbearers were Lee Roy Beller. Ronnie Beller, Dennis Beller, Kelly Beller, Duane Brown, Mike Buckalew and Roy Landsperger. Mrs. Lois Anderson, organist, accompanied Stephanie Young, soloist.
Dixie Nadine, daughter of Roy and Nadine Beller was born February 21, 1954 in Polk County, Des Moines. She lived at Minburn for 2 1/2 years with her parents and brothers and moved to Knoxville where she graduated from high school midterm 1972.
She was united in marriage to Darwin Brown at the First Christian Church February 25, 1972. The couple moved to Indianola where they lived until her death. She became ill with cancer in March and lived only six months.
Surviving are her husband; one son, Kevin Eugene, her parents; four brothers, LeeRoy and Kelly of Knoxville, Ronnie of Otley and Dennis of Pella; and her grandparents. Mr and Mrs. Edwin Horney of Gilman.
