Emily married John B Shoe on May 27, 1862, in Williams County, Ohio. (This marriage must have ended in divorce as John later married Mary Bates.)
Emily then married Hiram Simpson Wooden on December 23, 1868, in Livingston County, Missouri. To this union were born:
Lovie Rebecca (Wooden) Tucker 1869-1917
Junietta W "Junie" (Wooden) Tucker 1872-1938
William Benjamin Wooden 1876-1958
Minerva Ann (Wooden) Benson 1877-1949
Rosa May (Wooden) Blakeley 1880-1944
They raised their family in Carroll County, Missouri. Hiram ran a saw mill east of the Oak Hill School House in north Carroll County, Missouri. Sometime between 1880 & 1900, the family relocated to Idaho & then Oregon. They may have travelled with the family of Hiram's brother, Isaac Harrison Wooden, who relocated to Oregon about the same time. Emily & Hiram died just a matter of weeks apart in 1911 in Linn County, Oregon.
[NOTE: Emily's maiden name is documented in the birth record of her daughter, Minerva Ann, which shows the mother as Emily Lucile June Wooden & the father as Hiram Simpson Wooden]
