Susie Carney
Services for Susie Carney, 1137 Douglas SE, will be Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 in the McAlester Indian Missionary Baptist Church, with Rev. Henry Marris. officiating. Burial will be in Hickory Cemetery.
Mrs. Carney was born July 24, 1906 in Ardmore. She died Monday in a local hospital. She married Sampson Carney in McMillan in 1931.
Survivors include her husband, Sampson, of the home; three sons, Virgil Daniel, Sam Martin and Edmond; a sister, Agnes Mose, Ardmore; and 12 grandchildren.
