John had been married only 9 months to Martha "Patty" Huddleston when he died. At this time his cause of death is unknown. It was he who ten years before in 1830 found his brother John dead after being struck on his head by a tree on his return to the Sarah and George Arnn farm. The horse John was riding also was killed. They were all so happy with the move from Virginia to Henry County, TN. It is believed that William was buried near his brother John here at the Spring Creek Baptist Church Cemetery as the Foundry Hill Baptist Church Cemetery had yet to be donated by brother George "Boss" Arnn Jr upon the death of his first wife in 1849. Please contact me for corrections and additions. I am a direct descendant of George Arnn Jr.
