LaRue Jones Fullmer, 95, passed away in Bountiful.

She was born in Salt Lake City to Raymond George and Pearl Flint Jones.

She married Alvin LaMar Fullmer on April 12, 1941 in Salt Lake City; later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

She was wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. LaRue loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed cooking, reading, handwork, bowling, visits, music, wild flowers, and board games with the grandkids. LaRue loved the gospel and was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Survived by children, Colleen Johnson (Oral), Blair Fullmer, Shirley Tegan, Kent Fullmer (Lynda), and Lee Johnson (Denise); sister-in-law, Judy Jones; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; and nephews. Preceded in death by husband, LaMar; son, Gary; siblings, Shirl Jones, Clyde Jones (Dorothy), Earl Jones (Marjorie), Verla Lister (Norman), and Glenn Jones; two grandsons; and one great-grandson.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., with a viewing one hour prior, on Saturday, June 7, 2014 at Memorial Estates Mortuary, 5850 South 900 East.
Interment: Redwood Memorial Estates Cemetery.
