Born Martha L. Dahmen April 2, 1938, in Austin, she married Edwin Klimek on April 25, 1959, at St. Augustine Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Melissa (Mrs. Richard) Caves and Amy (Mrs. Darren) Smith, both of Rochester; a son, Michael of Austin; a granddaughter; her mother, Olive Dahmen of Adams; a brother, Earl Dahmen of Mapleview; and two sisters, Sandy (Mrs. James) Carlson and Mary Lou Clennon, both of Austin. Her father preceded her in death.
A Mass of Christian burial will be offered at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Austin, with the Rev. Rick Colletti officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Austin.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Mayer Funeral Home in Austin. The Rosary Society rosary will be recited at 4 p.m. Friday and the parish wake service will be at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
