William Merrill Eames Cherished Father, Great Grandfather, Husband and Brother. Merrill's long, courageous, battle with cancer came to an end May 26th, 2014. Merrill was the beloved son of Darward Dale(Bill) Eames & Sarah Elizabeth Simpson Eames, born in Tucson, Arizona on July 2nd, 1945 and soon moved to Roy, Utah, where he grew up.He was the luckiest of all men when he married his sweetheart, Mary Louise Gibbons, on June 28th, 1963, and later they were sealed with their children in the Salt Lake LDS Temple for time & all eternity on January 29th, 1977. Their marriage lasted for 44 wonderful years until Louise lost her own battle with cancer. It is a joyous day to know that they are finally together again. If there is one thing Merrill loved in life, above all else, it was his children.

He was father to 6 boys & 2 girls! He loved traveling and camping with his wife and kids. He was always so full of life and always found a way to make everyone laugh. If you don't believe in heroes...you have never met my Dad!Merrill was such a hard worker and also a great entrepreneur. There was nothing that he could not accomplish once he set his mind to it. He was a highly self motivated and driven individual that found great success in everything that he touched.Merrill was remarried to EveVon McCourt on November 22, 2008. They spent 6 happy years together traveling the country and spending time with all their children.
