Two Rivers - Delores G. Destree, age 93, of Two Rivers, WI, passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, WI. The former Delores Deffke was born on January 20, 1928 in Brown County, daughter of the late Clarence and Mabel (Vandenbush) Deffke.

She grew up and attended schools in the town of Humboldt.

On November 12, 1949 Delores married Norman J. Destree at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Humboldt. He preceded her in death on May 12, 2002.

She was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, Two Rivers.

Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law: Michael (Marilyn) Destree, Green Bay, WI; David (Irene) Destree, Two Rivers, WI and Daniel (Sandra) Destree, Two Rivers, WI;
three daughters and two sons-in-law: Karen Coel, Mishicot, WI; Maureen (Lee) Daetz, Two Rivers, WI and Monica (Michael) Doney, Two Rivers, WI;
17 grandchildren: Brian and Todd Destree, Kate Forliti, Kimberly, Ryan, Andrea, Justin and Craig Destree, Alyssa Poplars, Danielle Schwartzenbart, Becky Lambrecht, Michelle Meyer, Jessey Daetz, Nicole Kakuk, Matthew, Jacob and Samuel Doney;
and 21 great grandchildren.

She is also survived by three sisters and one brother-in-law: Lucille Deffke, Green Bay, WI; Shirley Tielens, Humboldt, WI and Carol (Gabe) LeCloux, Green Bay, WI;
one sister-in-law and two brothers-in-law: Cheryl (Ervin) Sinkula, Two Creeks, WI and Earl Wagner, Mishicot, WI.
Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.

Delores was preceded in death by her parents: Clarence and Mabel Deffke;
her husband: Norman J. Destree;
two infant grandchildren;
one infant brother: Merlin;
one sister and brother-in-law: Mercedes (Gene) Rentmeester;
and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Wallace Tielens, Lillian (Myron) Albert, Ervin (Audrey) Destree, Clifford J. (Marcey) Destree, Mary Ann (Eugene) Spude, and Mary Lou Wagner.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church (3201 Mishicot Road), Two Rivers. The Rev's David Pleier and Mark Mleziva will concelebrate the Mass of Christian Burial with burial to take place at Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.
The family will greet relatives and friends at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, Two Rivers, on Saturday, February 12, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:30 a.m.
