Charles L. Coble, 78, died at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, September 23, 2004, at York Hospital. He was the companion of the late Izetta Strickler for 55 years. Born November 6, 1925, in Conewago Township, he was a son of the late Ralph B. and Mary E. (Arnold) Coble. Mr. Coble retired from Manchester Township following twelve years of service as a laborer.
He previously worked 26 years as a laborer for Emrich Construction, Manchester. Mr. Coble is survived by a brother, John A. Coble of Dover; a sister, Betty M. Anderson of York Haven; fourteen nieces; and five nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Donald E. Coble; and a sister, Kathryn A. Nace.
He previously worked 26 years as a laborer for Emrich Construction, Manchester. Mr. Coble is survived by a brother, John A. Coble of Dover; a sister, Betty M.
