Daughter of Thomas L. Beckett (1860-1923) and Mary Mattie Millikin (1870-1957) - Alice Beckett was raised in Southwestern Ohio and married Dr. Jacob Cecil Crager and they made their home in Beaumont, Jefferson, Texas.

She is buried in Magnolia Cemetery, Jefferson County beside her beloved husband Dr. Jacob Cecil Crager.
