A native of West Virginia, she moved to Lodi in 1937 from Cleveland, Ohio.
She was a homemaker and her hobbies included sewing and gardening. She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Hoyt; and eight brothers and sisters.
She is survived by one daughter, Dorothy Anderson of Lodi; one step-grandchild; three step-great-grandchildren; and two step-great-great-grandchildren.
