Funeral Yesterday
Mrs. Fred Chouteau Was a Devoted Christian Mother
The funeral services of Mrs. Fred Chouteau were conducted at 10 o'clock yesterday morning at the LeHunt church by Rev. C.L. Day of the Grace Methodist church of this city and interment was in Mount Hope cemetery. She passed away Sunday. Her maiden name as Adele Cornatzer and she was born March 16, 1862, in Johnson county, Kansas. In September, 1880, she was married to Fred L. Chouteau and the union was bless with four children all of whom are living. When 16 years of age the deceased united with the Methodist church at Vinita, Okla. She was a devoted Christian mother, generous in deeds of kindness.
