Mrs. Earl Withey, formerly of Cuba, died Sunday October 4, 1970 in Charles Cole Memorial Hospital at Coudersport, Pa. following a long illness.
Born Dec. 11, 1881, at Limestone, she was a daughter of Loren and Nellie Woodworth Aldrich. She had lived most of her life in the Olean Area. She was the widow of Earl Withey.
Surviving are a daughter Mrs. James (Marion) Seamon of Olean; two sons, Clifford M. Withey of Cuba and Elroy L. Withey of Van Etten; 13 grandchildren; a brother Seldon W. Aldrich of Franklinville; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Halwig Funeral Home Inc. Olean, Thursday at 1:30 p.m. The Rev. William E. Gaiser, pastor of Christ United Methodist Church of Olean will officiate. Burial will be in the Limestone Cemetery at Limestone.
She was 89 years old.
