William R Brightwell, 64, of Indianapolis, formerly of Anderson, died Tuesday at Indianapolis. He was born in Charleston, W. Va., and was employed at Warner Press in Anderson as a lithographer. He worked as a lithographer for 50 years. Mr Brightwell was a member of the Park Place Church of God in Anderson and the Glendale Church of God in Indianapolis. Surviving are the wife, Martha; two sons, William Brightwell, Bethesda, MD and Dennis Brightwell with the US Air Force; two daughters, Mrs Virginia Imel, Indianapolis and Mrs Mary Brandenburg, Anderson; three sisters, Mrs Rosetta Baton, Dunbar, WVa, Mrs Violeta Castorph, Columbus, Ohio and Mrs Janetta Supples, Charleston, WVa, twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral rites will be held at 10 am Friday at the Dorcy Funeral Home in Indianapolis with the Rev Richard Conrad officiating. Burial will be in Oaklawn Memorial Cemetery at Indianapolis.
