Sarah is the daughter of Thomas Hiscock and Anna Knowlton of Farmington, she was united in marriage on 28 Dec 1818 to Ebenezer Knowlton.
The couple were first cousins and are the parents of seven children all born in Farmington.

"There are several Ancestry Trees that give the death date of 1846 for Sarah (Hiscock) Knowlton. But, she is in the 1850 census with husband,Ebenezer! In addition she continues to live until 1880, where she is liveng with son and is widowed, as shown in the Farmington Census. In addition ,The Farmington, Maine (Gould, 1885) said she survived her husband at age 84 years........"
I have changed her death date to 1885, untill proven otherwise.Death was written as Apr 1846 and is now listed as 1885. Thanks.....LHG
