Mrs. Linzy Malone, 83, Vermillion, died Friday, Nov, 14, 1975 in a Vermillion hospital of a long illness.

Services were held Monday, Nov. 17 in the Wagner-Iverson funeral home at Vermillion. The Rev. Jerome Holtzmann officiated, with burial in St. Joseph cemetery in Elk Point.

Mrs. Malone, the former Nona Maynard, was born May 13, 1892, in Burbank. She was married to Nels Trudeau. Mr. Trudeau died Feb. 11, 1942. She married Mr. Malone in 1975. She had been employed in Vermillion and the Beta Theta Pi fraternity house.

Survivors include the widower; six daughters, Mrs. Myrtle Cooper of San Luis Obispo, Calif., Mrs. Charles (Lucille) Caskey, Akron; Mrs. Albert (Lela) Seney, Burbank, Mrs. Ernest (Viola) Bruyer, Vermillion, Mrs, Ernest (Doris) Erickson, Sierra Madre, Calif., Mrs. Charles (Fern) Fowler Slaisbury, Md.; a son, Earl E. Trudeau of Bordman, Ore.; 31 grandchildren; 68 great-grandchildren and four greatgreat-grandchildren; four sisters; four brothers; two stepdaughters; four stepsons.
