Janet W. O'Connor, age 88, of 111 Moorings Park Dr., Naples, FL, formerly of Lancaster, PA passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2013, in Florida.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Dr. Carroll S. and Helen Shaw Wright and the wife of the late Albert H. Charlton and the late Charles J. O'Connor, Jr.
She was a graduate of Baldwin School in Bryn Mawr, PA, class of 1943 and in 1947 she graduated from Cornell University.
She was a homemaker.
Janet was a member of Highland Presbyterian Church in Lancaster, Junior League of Lancaster, Lancaster Country Club and the Wilderness Country Club.
A stepdaughter, Julia Halewood Charlton, of Frankfort, ME and a sister Juliana Wright Stowe, of Villanova, PA, survive her.

O'Connor, who passed away on November 27, 2013, on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at 11:00 AM at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Lancaster, PA. The family will meet with everyone at the Funeral Home of Fred F. Groff, Inc., 234 W. Orange St., Lancaster, PA on Saturday at 10:30 AM for departure to the cemetery.
