87, passed away Tuesday at home. Born to the late Dr. Carroll S. and Mrs. Helen Shaw Wright. Graduate of the Baldwin School, Class of 1945 and attended Smith College.
Wife of the late C. Grove McCown and the late Putnam T. Stowe.
A member of the Merion Cricket Club, Edgemere Club, Seed and Weed Garden Club, National Society of Colonial Dames in America and a former member of the Acorn Club and Gulph Mills Golf Club.
Survived by children, Lindsay DuBarry (Joe), John A. McCown (Grace Flowers), and Susan G. McCown; two grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
Services were held in the Chapel of the Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church on Tuesday, January 26th. Interment at West Laurel Hill Cemetery.
