Ernestine Beach Lear
Ernestine Beach Lear, 75, of Warsaw, died Monday at her home. She was the former owner of the Verndale Beauty Salon and author of books and articles on local history and the arts. She was a member of Warsaw Baptist Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. James Guido of Pittsford, NY and by one sister, Mary Jo Angel of Covington, KY; two grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Carlton-Lowder Funeral Home, Warsaw. Visitation will begin there at 9 a.m. Friday. Burial will be in Warsaw Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Gallatin County Public Library, 209 W. Market St., Box 848, Warsaw, Ky. 41095.
