Lillie G. Harris, Wamego, Kan., died in the Wamego city hospital Saturday at the age of 85. She was born in Alabama Aug. 31, 1894. She left Holdenville in 1961 and moved to Oklahoma City where she lived about four years before moving to Kansas, August 1980. Survivors / are: four daughters, Joyce E. Woolard, Wamego; Ollie Mehl, Battle Creek, Mich.; Lorene Richardson, Oklahoma City and Bobbie Heftner Oklahoma City; 17 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; two sons, Herold Thompson and Vernon Thompson, both of Oklahoma City; Four sisters, Lona Blaylock and Minnie Peters, both of Holdenville; Alice Lyte of Gerty and Maudie Berry, Guymon; two brothers, Tommy Scott of Holdenville and Luther Scott of Tennessee. Funeral services were at 3:30 p.m. today at Hudson Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Harry Smith officiating. Burial was in Crossroads Cemetery in Calvin, Oklahoma.
