CORINNA – Eleanor Henderson, 75, died April 26, 2014 at a Bangor hospital.
She was born March 7, 1939 in Etna, a daughter of Mark and Ruth (Brasier) Brooks. After her mother’s death, she was raised by her step-mother Frances. She graduated from Newport High School and worked in CT before moving back to Maine.
She is survived by 2 sons, Benjie, his wife Min, and their children, Sara, Justin, Sammy, Becky and Molly, all of CT; and Daniel and wife Debbie Henderson of Corinna; a sister, Ruby and husband Harry Moores of Newport; and a brother in law, Frank and wife Delma Henderson, Sr. of Hermon.
A graveside committal service will be held at the Brooks family lot, North Newport Cemetery, with the Rev. Terry McKinley officiating. (Crosby & Neal Funeral Home)
