Nellie was the youngest of 8 children born to Henry W Sr & Ann E (Redman) Adams of St Mary's County MD. She married Thomas E Bean in St Mary's County in 1908. They had one daughter, Virginia. Thomas died 21 Jan 1915. Nellie is listed in the 1920 US Census of Baltimore City MD with the family of her sister-in-law, Jane Elizabeth (Bean) Tippett. Sometime during the 1920s she married Leonard S Peacock. Three days after they divorced on 4 Jun 1929, Nellie married Benjamin Tippett, the widowed husband of Jane E (Bean ) Tippett. Jane died 25 Nov 1928. Benjamin and Nellie had one daughter, Nellie C. After Benjamin died 17 Jul 1955, Nellie married Lewis Smyser Forney. Lewis died in 1964 in York PA. Nellie was survived by her daughters, Virginia (Bean) Dushel and Nellie C (Tippett) Wyborski.
